The Kokuyo Bizrack A4 Clip Notebook is a clever Japanese document organizer that turns A4 copy paper into a flexible notebook—without making any holes. Using a newly developed dual clip mechanism, you simply open the clips, place your papers inside, and close them to bind. It’s ideal for those who want to keep prints and handwritten notes together but don’t want to commit to ring binding or filing.
Thanks to the stopper mechanism and PP cover structure, the notebook can be folded back a full 360°. You can hold it in one hand and write with the other, flip through pages like a normal notebook, and even add memos while the pages are still clipped. It’s perfect for taking notes in meetings, standing briefings, or when you only have a narrow desk or café table.
The Bizrack clip notebook is slightly smaller and thinner than a standard A4 clear holder, making it extra portable in slim business bags, backpacks or document cases. Despite its slim profile, it can hold up to 25 sheets of 64 g/m² PPC copy paper, enough for project documents, meeting materials, or a week’s worth of class handouts.
The cover is made from recycled polypropylene (R-PP) with a “Chic × Natural” color concept—muted business colors like navy black, off white, olive green and more that blend naturally into any work scene. A subtle printed pattern in the same color adds depth so it looks more refined than a plain plastic folder while still being durable and easy to wipe clean.
