- DHL: We mainly use DHL Express for faster deliveries.

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
- If delays occur due to stock availability or high order volumes, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees vary based on destination, package weight & size, and shipping method.
- The total shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

International Shipping Considerations

Tracking Your Shipment
- Tracking numbers are issued for eligible shipments and will be included in the shipping confirmation email.
- You can check the delivery status on the respective carrier’s website.
- Some shipping methods (e.g., small package shipments) may not have tracking available.
Shipping Delays, Cancellations & Returns
- Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, natural disasters, labor strikes, or other force majeure events.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, refusal of receipt, or failure to collect, the customer may be required to cover reshipping costs.
- Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or method. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage during shipping or defective products.
