The Sun-Star TSUMEKAKE Header Punch is a compact Japanese punch tool that lets you create easy-to-grab tabs and index cuts on notebooks, planners, and loose sheets. With one press, it can trim either a corner cut or an edge cut so you can jump to the right page faster and create simple custom indexes without bulky tabs.
